  1. Hi Teri, Do you see any benefit from taking both the beginning Free Motion Class as well as the Foot Loose? I feel like both their descriptions apply to me and don’t know how much they overlap (?). Sue from Alaska

    1. Hi Susan,
I have had students take both classes with great success. At the very beginning of Let Your Foot Loose I go over some info that is covered in depth in Beginner Free Motion. However, that is limited. Let Your Foot Loose is much more about the stitching motifs and using them in your quilt top. So essentially there isn’t much overlap. I’d love to have you in both classes.

      1. Teri, thanks for that input. I have registered for both classes and am so glad that you feel that could be a good choice. My husband just bought me a 750QE and I am desperately hoping to learn more about how to use it. I have been sewing on a 1080QE forever and just love that it is such a workhorse. I do take my 350 to classes and retreats but I don’t use it to its full potential either I am afraid. January can be such a long, dark month in Alaska but with this trip to anticipate, I have no concerns that I will sail through another Alaskan winter.!I
