I’m gearing up for Road to California, talked to the BERNINA dealer yesterday and I’m really excited to work with them…Mel’s Sewing in Anaheim. I spoke with Carol yesterday to get the feet I need for class.

I’m contemplating coming to your Road class, but I’m beyond the beginner level in DM FMQ. Is this class geared only to those starting out? I need help with what and where to quilt, managing density (keeping it even throughout the quilt), and of course feathers! Other tips I need are when to mark, and marking tips as well as controlling thread buildup while traveling. Is this all too advanced for your class at Road? Thanks. I’m presuming that you’re considering the Beginning Free Motion Quilting Class on Sunday. If this is the case then it’s going to be a bit basic for you and Let Your Foot Loose would be perfect, however that class is closed. Sorry! I’d love to have you as a student.
