Oh wow! So I posted in the Quilted Block of the Month group for the first time in over seven months. I thought it was longer, so win! The intervening months have been full writing, quilting, and sales related road trips all over New York state & New Jersey covering my territory. I have a guest blog post and a travelogue to put up soon.
Since getting everything for the book submitted the ideas have been flowing again. Which is so nice and weird at the very same time. I can hardly wait to get started on a couple of them because they’re a bit of a big deal to me. One remaking a quilt that I love, and quilting it very differently. The other is based on that same quilt and the ideas are a flowing! I’m loving the flowing ideas.
I recently brought my B 560 E in for service, and the day I picked it up I brought my two 1080’s in for service as I haven’t used them in a long time and they were in need. Once I get them back I’ll be loaning one to a friend for her to try out for a while. You know what’s going to happen right? She’s going to fall in love you know that right? She’s going to want that machine.
