🎉🎊I'm in Quiltmaker!! 🎊🎉 I'm so *very* excited! My first pattern published in a magazine 😲 Squeee!!! …and its #Quiltmaker!! My issue just came yesterday! I'm so over the moon with this, I cant even begin to tell you how thrilling this is for me. Seriously, #pinchme My pattern is called Purrfectly Paris. It's on page 78.. pick up a copy of the Sept/Oct 2020 issue and check it out!! It's a simple traditional block, simple layout, one cute kitty, and loads of fun. Easy to complete in a weekend. I love the way the ombre quilt worked up using Christina Cameli's @afewscraps Moongate by Maywood Studio. The selection of hues and prints in her collection are so rich and beautiful, and the *feel* of the fabric is so buttery and luscious. On Saturday I posted:
Friends! Friends! It’s my Publication Day. Woot! Woot! If we were having an in-person party what would you bring?

The responses: champagne, chocolate, cake, cupcakes, thread, whoopie pies (Sweet Praxis!), flavored tootsies, chocolate martinis, flowers, coffee, homemade ice cream, Sharpies, Praline Carrot Cake, chocolate covered strawberries, oh the list went on and I am now in need of a bib.

This afternoon I’m going Live on TerifiCreations to chat about the book, and talk about each one of the bloggers joining me this week to celebrate the release of the book. And in this time of life being so weird I’m celebrating, blogging, and sharing almost every day through the middle of next week.
