Over the last couple of years I’ve enjoyed piecing with tiny pieces. So when I saw this quilt:
at Market I had to have the dies. Had to have them. HAD to have them.
When the box arrived yesterday
it was opened posthaste. Now I’m going to head upstairs and completely cut up my entire stash.
Kidding.
I will pull fabrics together and start messing about. Because that’s what I do.
Messing about is fun. It stimulates the quilting senses, and encourages our creativity. Creativity is important.
These arrived too. I have some specific projects in mind for these bits. Having to do with some fabric that came home with me, a lot of thread, and some batting. Hmmm does this give you a hint that I’m a quilter?
Tracy Mooney, showed me the benefit of these, particularly for anyone who has trouble with their hands, shoulders, or has an autoimmune and has trouble cutting. Thanks Tracy!
