If you’re in the Mt. Vernon area this weekend and would like to see an amazing art exhibit check out Cynthia Burgos Sunday Sept 18th 2:00 – 8:00, 115 South Fourth Ave., 2nd floor Mt. Vernon, NY. Cynthia is one of my husbands co-workers. She has a piece in the “Manifest: A Conjuration of Radiance” tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibit at the Art Gallery in the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building in Harlem.
I don’t have Cynthia’s permission so I’m not bringing any of the images of her art work to the blog.
I met Cynthia at an art exhibit at the Knickerbocker in New Rochelle about a year or so ago, she’s really lovely. My sweetie & I will be heading over sometime Sunday afternoon.
