Pieceful Shores Quilt Show

Thursday night a post from Barnegat Bay Dyeworks (formerly Quilting Possibilities in Lacey) showed up in my feed mentioning that they are vending at the Pieceful Shores Quilt Show. Oddly enough I was nearby staying with family so I got to pop out and visit the show. (Today is the last day.)

It’s a lovely show with about 100 quilts, a couple of vendors, and door prizes. As I walked around I noticed these signs:

every single quilt show has signs that essentially say “don’t touch the quilts” these are the most clever ever.

I noticed “Stop Look Enjoy” first and thought that’s a good life saying, then realized the intent behind the sign and smiled. As I chatted with Debbie and one of her former customers I did touch a quilt, well, we all touched the quilt. Shhh don’t tell anyone.
