Ami Simms mom passed away today. Ami’s mom Bebee is the inspiration for the Alzheimers Quilt Initiative. Alzheimers is one of those things in life that we all just want to scream, “It’s Not Fair”, and move on to dealing with the reality of loving the person in our lives affected with this disease.
As I read Ami’s post I had tears streaming down my face for the reality of Alzheimers effects my family as well.
