Quilterly success

day trip 069Once upon a time I saw this mug at Historic Richmondtown on Staten Island.

I wanted to say something amazing and profound

but

I’m sick

so

I’ll leave amazing and profound for Monday.

In the meantime tell me, please, what quilterly success means to you.

Have a good weekend y’all!

Teri

  1. Quilterly success is, I suppose, finishing my quilt and having it lies nice and flat and square, plus achieving all the tasks in between without going totally bananas. Love the mug!

  2. Quilterly success to me is seeing for real the ideas that had been in my mind. Of course completing the project too. The mug is sweet.
I just wanted to say I live in Richmond the town in North Yorkshire UK that all the other Richmond and Richmond-towns are called after.

  3. “Success” is being at peace with the finish….accepting that it is not perfect but has great value both creatively and as a learning experience. Such a project is where I find myself right now. Definitely pushing my “comfort zone” boundaries!!!! I hope you feel better quickly!!!! Hugs………………………..

  4. I hope you start feeling better! Quilterly success. Is learning something new and sharing that knowledge with someone else so they can join in the fun!

  5. Quilterly success is taking the vision in my heart and making a quilt that tells the story it’s meant to tell, and then being able to share the quilt and the story with others.
