I’m leavin’ on a Jet Plane and Know when I’ll be back again

Admit it, you’re singing with me now.

Pearl visits with Jeanie Sumrall-Ajero in the Hoffman booth.

It’s time to finish packing my suitcases and head back to New York. I’m going with a full heart and a lot of work to do. There are plans afoot for Spring and Fall Market. If you have a few moments and want a bit of a giggle check out Debby Brown’s Instagram for some of our antics. Check out mine for some of Pearl’s antics.

There are book & fabric line reviews with some giveaways, blog tours, and guest posts coming. A few interviews are scheduled. I got to spend time with Melissa Thompson Maher, former Editor-in-Chief of Generation Q Magazine, any time with her is precious to me as her editing skills, direction, and person are such a gift to me, to this quilting community. I will be forever grateful for her gift of making each of us sound more like our self. Bad wording perhaps, but the point is she listens for our voice and tweaked our work in that voice. I am a better writer today for this. Thank you Melissa.

For now my biggest sneak peek: Fall Market is vibrant. The coming blog posts and gigs will prove that out.

Of course there will be some quilting. Much of the quilting over the next months will be for the book, however I have ideas for some personal quilting that will happen because I know the importance of doing both.

Well, it’s time to gather the pieces and head home. Have a lovely day friends.

Happy Stitching!

Teri
