Quilt Fest SLC part 2 and Announcement!

Onalaska Middle School Quilt Artists – Children are the future of the quilting industry. The students of Onalaska Middle School, Onalaska, WA, have learned to design, piece, quilt longarm, and hand finish their quilts. They are proud to present their work for the world to see what this young quilting generation can accomplish.

Barn Quilts! I like big blocks I cannot lie! I’m trying to get all the block names and makers on here however the carousel is giving me a bit of a fit. Sheesh!

As I’ve mentioned zillions of times I love teaching. One of the students mentioned I’d make a good Life Coach. Thank you. Learning to practice machine quilting and learning to free-motion machine quilt is challenging and these students were on it! Thank you all.

I do teach locally at Poppy Quilt N Sew and we’re adding a color class to the schedule. Katie Fowler’s Foolproof Color Workbook will be our guide along with years of instructor experience choosing color for myself and with customers and students.
