The other day Megan Doughtery posted that she had a wee nip of writers block. It’s awful, I can tell you. Writers block, and quilters block are real, annoying, and quite frankly weird. Like who stops creativity in its tracks and says, “You Shall Not Pass!” Understanding deeply Megan’s suffering I started posting random stuff like “how pickles make quilting all better“, this seems just the catalyst needed as the words flowed. Happy to help Megan. Anytime you need random weirdness you know where I am.

The fabulous Debby Brown is posting monthly videos on Bullet Journaling. She’s added a a book case, and movie tickets. Head on over to her blog to see how she’s doing this. Debby also has a YouTube channel and needs a bit of help she needs to have so many minutes of viewing by sometime in February to be able to keep adding links in the vids. If you have some time head on over and watch few of her machine quilting vids.

Kelly Ann Richardson of Kelly Ann’s Quilting fame is planning on Wednesday fb live vids, here’s a link to yesterday’s. She’s sharing what’s happening in the shop…apparently llamas and gnomes.

About a week ago I saw one of Jeanie Sumrall-Ajero’s Dahlia panels come through my newsfeed quilted beautifully. Head over to Kelly Ashton Quilts Instagram, check out fifth image on. She really gives these panels dimension. So very cool.

In December I met Rebecca Brent, dang she does some amazing work, here’s the link to her instagram.

My sweetie and I went to United House Wrecking in Stamford the other day. Oh it was so very fun.
